By accessing or using Aflah, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. These terms apply to all users of the app, including users who contribute content, information, and other materials.

Aflah is an Islamic productivity application that provides: - Prayer Times: Accurate prayer time calculations based on your location - Calendar Integration: Read-only access to your device calendar to display your events alongside prayer times (Privacy First - we never store or modify your calendar data) - Learning Plans: Tools to track Quran memorization and other personal development goals - Progress Tracking: Statistics and streaks to monitor your spiritual journey - Cross-Device Sync: Cloud synchronization when signed in with Apple or Google The app is designed to assist Muslims in organizing their daily worship and learning activities.

Account Creation: You may use Aflah without creating an account. However, to enable cross-device synchronization, you must sign in using Apple or Google. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful.

Free Features: Aflah offers core features for free, including prayer times, basic learning tracking, and calendar integration. Aflah Pro: Premium features are available through a subscription called "Aflah Pro". Subscription prices and features are displayed in the app. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. Refunds: Refund requests must be made through the respective app store (Apple or Google) according to their refund policies. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into Aflah, including learning progress, goals, and personal settings. License to Use: By using Aflah, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. Data Accuracy: Prayer times are calculated using established Islamic calculation methods. While we strive for accuracy, you should verify prayer times with local Islamic authorities for critical matters.

You agree not to: - Use the app for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality - Reverse engineer or decompile the app - Use automated systems to access the app - Misrepresent your identity or affiliation We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions.

Our Content: The Aflah app, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by WebCraftStudio and protected by intellectual property laws. Trademarks: "Aflah" and associated logos are trademarks of WebCraftStudio. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent. Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about Aflah, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: - The app will be uninterrupted or error-free - Prayer times will be 100% accurate for all locations - The app will meet all your requirements You use the app at your own risk. We recommend verifying prayer times with local Islamic authorities for important religious obligations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBCRAFTSTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Aflah shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Aflah after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the app.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Aflah shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of France.
